Send a Thank-You to an Officer or Dispatcher

Please complete the information below and use the following guidelines when writing your thank-you letter:



• Greeting: Address your letter to “Dear Law Enforcement Officer” or “Dear Emergency Dispatcher.”
• Length: Keep your message to three paragraphs or less so it can be easily read in full.
• Tone: Be uplifting, respectful, positive, and encouraging. Avoid jokes or comments that could be misunderstood.
• Language: Please do not use profanity, inappropriate language, or offensive content.
